Frequently asked questions
The place is old and worn. Will that count against us?
Age is not dirt. Under NSW tenancy law you must leave the place reasonably clean, allowing for fair wear and tear, so worn enamel and faded paint sit differently from a greasy oven.
Can a clean be arranged at short notice up here?
Often, particularly for units and villas. Put the inspection date on the form and the earlier it goes in, the better your odds.
Can the cleaner guarantee my bond?
