Bateau Bay sits between Tuggerah Lake and the ocean, with Bay Village shopping centre at its heart, Shelly Beach to the south and a wide spread of brick homes, villas and units. It is one of the busier rental markets on the northern Coast.
The mix of houses, villas and units means a mix of jobs. Units and villas are faster but inspected line by line, while the older houses carry original kitchens and single bathrooms.
