Updated October 2026
Green Point sits on the water between Erina and Kincumber, a quiet residential suburb of brick homes on generous blocks, many of them with bush or water at the back. Rentals are family houses rather than units.
Bush and water together bring leaf litter, insects and damp. Window tracks, verandahs and eaves collect debris, shaded outdoor surfaces hold moss, and bathrooms with weak ventilation develop surface mould. Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms decide the inspection, with the oven the single most photographed item.
What the clean covers
The scope follows standard agent checklists rather than a promise about your bond:
- Oven, cooktop and rangehood degreased
- Cupboards, drawers and bench tops cleaned
- Bathrooms descaled, surface mould treated, grout scrubbed
- Windows, sills, tracks and screens, leaf litter cleared
- Verandahs and entries swept, cobwebs cleared where reachable
- Walls spot cleaned, skirting boards and light fittings
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
Quotes are built on size and condition rather than a flat rate. Three and four bedroom houses are the usual job, and large blocks with plenty of outdoor area are worth flagging. Treat any figure as guide pricing only and see our bond cleaning cost guide for typical ranges.
Add carpet steam cleaning for carpeted bedrooms, a deeper bathroom and tile clean if the grout needs it, or a move in clean on the place you are heading to. See end of lease cleaning for the base scope and last minute bond cleans if time is short.
We also cover nearby Erina, Kincumber and Saratoga.
Frequently asked questions
Can mould on the shaded side of the house be cleaned?
Accessible external surfaces are swept and wiped. Heavy moss or anything needing pressure washing is quoted separately rather than assumed.
Is window tracking really worth paying for?
Tracks appear on nearly every agent exit checklist, and they are tedious work. They are included in the standard scope rather than charged as an extra.
Can the cleaner guarantee my bond?
No one can. Your agent and landlord decide against the condition report. The cleaners we work with clean to the agent's checklist, which is the standard the inspection uses.
