Updated October 2026
Lisarow sits on the highway between Niagara Park and Ourimbah, a semi-rural suburb with larger blocks, a station and a mix of older houses, newer builds and a few acreage properties. It rents to families who want space.
Bigger blocks mean more outdoor surfaces and more of the outside finding its way in: leaf litter, insects and grit in window tracks, verandahs and entries. Inside, older homes carry original kitchens and bathrooms that take the longest, while the newer builds are faster but held to a near as-new standard at inspection.
What a Lisarow bond clean covers
The scope follows standard agent checklists rather than a promise about your bond:
- Oven, cooktop and rangehood degreased
- Cupboards, drawers and bench tops cleaned
- Bathrooms descaled, screens and grout scrubbed
- Windows, sills, tracks and screens, insects and grit cleared
- Verandahs and entries swept, cobwebs cleared where reachable
- Walls spot cleaned, skirting boards and light fittings
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
Quotes are built on size and condition rather than a flat rate. Three and four bedroom houses are the normal job, and large properties with sheds are worth flagging when you ask for a quote. Treat any figure as guide pricing only and see our bond cleaning cost guide for typical ranges.
You can add carpet steam cleaning if your lease asks for it, a dedicated bathroom and tile clean where the grout has worked hard, or window cleaning on its own. The base scope sits on our end of lease cleaning page, and short-notice jobs are covered on the last minute bond clean page.
We also cover nearby Niagara Park, Ourimbah and Narara.
Frequently asked questions
We have a shed and a large carport. Are they included?
A sweep out is usually an add-on rather than standard. Say what you want covered on the form so the quote matches the agent's list.
Does travelling out here cost more?
Lisarow sits on the normal run up the highway, so access is rarely the issue. Property size and condition set the price.
Will the clean guarantee my bond is returned?
No. The bond covers damage and rent as well as cleaning, so no honest cleaner promises it back. A checklist clean gives you the best chance of keeping cleaning out of the argument.
