Frequently asked questions
The house is on three levels. Does that change the price?
It can. More stairs, landings and surfaces add time, and the cleaner would rather know upfront than find out on the day.
Is the deck included?
Decks and entries are swept as part of the clean. Pressure washing or anything needing height access is quoted separately rather than assumed.
Does a bond clean guarantee I get my bond back?
No cleaner can promise that, and you should be wary of any who do. The bond also covers damage and unpaid rent. The cleans follow standard agent checklists, which is what your property manager inspects against.
