Noraville sits between Toukley and the ocean at Norah Head, a quiet residential suburb of brick and fibro homes, villas and a scattering of newer builds. It rents to families and retirees and the pace is unhurried.
Close enough to the ocean for salt film on windows and screens, and close enough to the lakes for damp in bathrooms and moss on shaded paving. The housing is mostly older, so original kitchens and single bathrooms carry the bulk of the clean, with the oven and grout taking the longest.
What the clean covers
The scope follows standard agent checklists rather than a promise about your bond:
- Oven, cooktop and rangehood degreased
- Cupboards and drawers inside and out
- Bathrooms descaled, surface mould treated, grout scrubbed
- Windows, sills, tracks and screens with salt film removed
- Laundry and behind the washing machine cavity
- Walls spot cleaned, skirting boards and light fittings
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
Quotes are built on size and condition rather than a flat rate. Two and three bedroom homes are the usual job and sit in the lower to middle part of the range. Treat any figure as guide pricing only and see our bond cleaning cost guide for typical ranges.
Need more than the standard scope? Add carpet steam cleaning, a deeper oven and kitchen clean, or book a last minute bond clean if your inspection is close. Full details of the base service are on our end of lease cleaning page.
We also cover nearby Toukley, Lake Haven and Gorokan.
Frequently asked questions
Does the clean cover the carport and paths?
Entries are swept as standard. A carport sweep out or pressure washing paths is quoted separately, so say what you want included.
Should I leave the hot water on?
Yes. Degreasing a kitchen and descaling a bathroom works far better with hot water, so leave the account open until the clean is done.
Does a bond clean guarantee I get my bond back?
No cleaner can promise that, and you should be wary of any who do. The bond also covers damage and unpaid rent. The cleans follow standard agent checklists, which is what your property manager inspects against.
