Bensville sits on the water next to Davistown, a quiet residential suburb of brick homes on sloping blocks with bush reserve and the Broadwater close by. Rentals are family houses and they are not plentiful.
Sloping waterside blocks mean stairs, decks and more surfaces than the bedroom count suggests. Bush reserve brings leaf litter, cobwebs and insects into tracks and under eaves, and the water brings damp to bathrooms and shaded paving. Inside it is the standard checklist, starting with the oven.
What the clean covers
The scope follows standard agent checklists rather than a promise about your bond:
- Oven, cooktop and rangehood degreased
- Cupboards, drawers and bench tops cleaned
- Bathrooms descaled, surface mould treated, grout scrubbed
- Windows, sills, tracks and screens, leaf litter cleared
- Decks, stairs and entries swept, cobwebs cleared where reachable
- Walls spot cleaned, skirting boards and light fittings
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
Size and condition set the price. Three and four bedroom houses are the normal job, with split levels adding a little time. Treat any figure as guide pricing only and see our bond cleaning cost guide for typical ranges.
Most people book carpet steam cleaning with the clean so there is one visit and one receipt. A standalone oven and kitchen clean or window cleaning can be quoted on its own, and the full scope is on our end of lease cleaning page.
We also cover nearby Kincumber, Davistown and Empire Bay.
Frequently asked questions
The block is steep with lots of stairs. Does that add time?
A little. Stairs, landings and balustrades are extra surfaces, and a cleaner who knows the layout beforehand allows for it.
Are the decks included?
Decks and entries are swept as part of the clean. Pressure washing is a separate quote, so say what you want covered.
Will the clean guarantee my bond is returned?
No. The bond covers damage and rent as well as cleaning, so no honest cleaner promises it back. A checklist clean gives you the best chance of keeping cleaning out of the argument.
