Apartments dominate the work. Agents check balcony glass, sliding door tracks and salt filmed windows first, then the oven and bathrooms, and strata buildings need lift bookings and loading access arranged. Short stay turnover means kitchens and bathrooms that have carried heavy use, and sand from the beach ends up in every door track and laundry.
What the clean covers
The scope follows standard agent checklists rather than a promise about your bond:

Frequently asked questions
Our building needs a lift booking and a loading dock slot. Is that a problem?
No, but arrange it with your building manager and tell us the rules when you request a quote so the cleaner can plan the day around them.
Is summer harder to book?
Yes. Holiday turnover and lease changes overlap through summer and the school holidays, so book earlier than you normally would.
Will the clean guarantee my bond is returned?
No. The bond covers damage and rent as well as cleaning, so no honest cleaner promises it back. A checklist clean gives you the best chance of keeping cleaning out of the argument.
