Erina is the retail heart of the southern Central Coast, built around the Erina Fair centre, with residential streets of brick homes, townhouses and units spreading out from it. It rents to families, retail workers and commuters, and turnover is steady.
Townhouses and units are a large share of the work, which means strata access rules, courtyards and balconies to plan around. Houses here are mostly 1970s and 80s brick with original or updated kitchens. Agents check the oven first, then grout, tracks, skirting and wall marks, exactly as they do everywhere on the Coast.
What an Erina bond clean covers
The scope follows standard agent checklists rather than a promise about your bond:
- Oven, cooktop, rangehood and splashback degreased
- Cupboards, drawers and bench tops cleaned
- Bathrooms and ensuite descaled, screens and grout scrubbed
- Windows, sills, tracks and screens
- Courtyards and balconies swept, glass cleaned where present
- Walls spot cleaned, skirting boards, switches and fans
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
Quotes are built on size and condition rather than a flat rate. Townhouses and three bedroom homes are the common job and sit in the middle to upper part of the range. Treat any figure as guide pricing only and see our bond cleaning cost guide for typical ranges.
Need more than the standard scope? Add carpet steam cleaning, a deeper oven and kitchen clean, or book a last minute bond clean if your inspection is close. Full details of the base service are on our end of lease cleaning page.
We also cover nearby Green Point, East Gosford and Terrigal.
Frequently asked questions
Our townhouse complex has strata rules about access. Is that an issue?
No, it just needs planning. Tell us the rules when you request a quote and the cleaner will work inside them.
Is the courtyard part of the clean?
Courtyards and entries are swept. Pressure washing paving is a separate quote, so say what you want included.
Does a bond clean guarantee I get my bond back?
No cleaner can promise that, and you should be wary of any who do. The bond also covers damage and unpaid rent. The cleans follow standard agent checklists, which is what your property manager inspects against.
